The pages are generated from the content in the URL. Simply use this formula and insert the person's first and last name as outlined here.

If you installed the Personal URL Generator in a sub directory or folder, you will need to include that in the URL. Like this:

http://www.yourdomain.com/subdirectory/firstname_lastname

(or)

http://www.yourdomain.com/subdirectory/firstname.lastname

Remember to separate the first name and last name with an underscore or a dot.
